A good translation conveys the intended meaning of the original document's author using the appropriate tone and vocabulary. At Precision Language Services, we begin with carefully selected professional translator teams who are:

At Precision Language Services, our quality-control program is based on two tenets:
	•	Native-speaker competence is required for excellent translation. Therefore, our translators work only into the languages in which they were raised and educated.
	•	Teamwork improves the product. Every document that leaves our office has been thoroughly edited and proofread by a second professional linguist. This is an important distinction because editing is not simply counting paragraphs. The editor checks linguistic integrity and polishes the writing. The original translator always has final approval of editorial changes.

Our project managers check the translation one last time before delivering it to the client. They follow a carefully constructed best-practices procedure for every stage of every translation. This enables us to reconstruct project flow from work orders, invoices, e-mail, and drafts so the process is repeatable, verifiable, and auditable.
