Consumer Documents

People arriving from other countries have special translation needs:

• Certified translation of a driver's license, birth certificate, or marriage license
• School transcripts and diplomas
• Divorce documents or child custody papers

Our Consumer Documents Department specializes in this type of translation.

We must see the original document. There are three options:

1.	Send the original by a secure, traceable delivery service such as FedEx, registered mail, or AM Express. We will return the translation and the original to you the same way.
2.	Bring the original in person and we will create a digital scan to work from. We can mail your translation, or you can pick it up.
3.	Fax the document or e-mail a digital scan of the document to us. We will look at your original when you pick up the translation.

In all cases, please include your name, phone number, address, and e-mail, if possible. We will notify you when the document is received and when the translation is ready, usually in 2-3 days. We produce three certified copies of the translation, each page bearing seals and signatures.
